Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Daphne, AL, for a Certified Lead Water Mitigation Technician. The role involves leading water damage mitigation efforts, including the assessment, cleanup, and drying of affected properties. Responsibilities include using and maintaining mitigation equipment, assisting in water and wastewater treatment tasks, and ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively. The role requires close collaboration with team members and delivering excellent customer service throughout the restoration process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and handling specialized tools for mitigation processes
- Experience in Water Damage restoration and Water Treatment techniques
- Knowledge of Wastewater Treatment protocols and related procedures
- Strong Communication skills for collaborating with team members and interacting with clients
- Ability to work independently and manage emergency response situations
- Relevant certifications, such as IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT), are preferred
- Previous experience in water mitigation or related fields is an advantage
