A Jersey Mike’s Sub Master is the heart of the store experience — crafting fresh, high‑quality subs with energy, precision, and genuine hospitality. This role blends food preparation, customer service, and teamwork to deliver the signature Jersey Mike’s experience: fast, friendly, and always fresh.
Key Responsibilities
- Make Subs to Brand Standards
- Slice meats and cheeses to order, build sandwiches accurately, and follow all Jersey Mike’s recipes and portion guidelines.
- Deliver Exceptional Guest Service
Greet every guest with enthusiasm, take orders clearly, answer menu questions, and ensure each customer leaves happy.
- Maintain a Clean & Organized Workstation
Keep the line stocked, sanitized, and running smoothly throughout the shift.Use slicers, ovens, and prep tools according to safety procedures and store training.Assist with prep work, restocking, dishwashing, and opening/closing tasks as assigned.Communicate clearly, help teammates during rushes, and contribute to a positive, fast‑paced environment.
