Duties
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen tools efficiently and thoroughly.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support culinary staff.
- Support bussing duties by clearing tables and ensuring dining areas are tidy and ready for guests.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold health and safety standards.
- Help with light cleaning duties around the kitchen and dining areas to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely dish turnaround and smooth operations.
Skills
