Location: Harbeson, DE (10 min from Georgetown)
Pay: $20/hr ($21/hr after CBIS Certification)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:30am-7pm

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and facilitate structured therapeutic groups (arts & crafts, recreation, games, music, drama, sports, community outings, etc.).
- Encourage participants to build social skills, confidence, and independence through meaningful activities.
- Document progress with tally sheets, service notes, and reports for review by licensed practitioners.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to maximize participation and outcomes.
- Update and maintain curriculum binders, resident behavior guides, and quarterly reports.
- Provide flexibility to meet the individualized needs of program participants.
- Support a positive, safe, and engaging environment that promotes functional skills and growth.
- Transport participants to and from community outings as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support therapeutic programming.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s in Psychology, Social Work, Teaching, or related field required
- Experience with clinical notes or TBI/ABI population a plus
- Creative, adaptable, and team-oriented
Preferred Experience:
- Experience writing clinical notes
- Experience with TBI/ABI population
