- Enter, update, and verify data across multiple platforms using software such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.

- Manage phone systems, answer inquiries professionally, and direct calls appropriately.
- Support office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and front desk responsibilities.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and consistency before submission or filing.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as data entry related to financial transactions and record reconciliation.
- Provide excellent customer service by supporting client inquiries via phone or email while maintaining proper phone etiquette.
Experience
- Previous clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with office management tools like Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and QuickBooks is highly desirable.
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems, front desk duties, or medical/dental receptionist roles is a plus.
