Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Video & Photography Specialist based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing high-quality photographs and videos for various projects, including product photography, marketing campaigns, and branded content. The specialist will coordinate photoshoots to ensure proper lighting and composition, collaborate with creative teams, and identify ways to enhance visual storytelling. Strong technical skills and a creative eye are critical for delivering impactful media that aligns with the company's vision.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Photography and Product Photography, with experience in capturing visually compelling images.
• Strong skills in Image Editing and Lighting to produce high-quality visuals that meet branding requirements.
• Experience in Video Production, including filming, editing, and creating engaging video content.
• Ability to creatively conceptualize and execute projects from start to finish with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with photography and video editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills; ability to work within a team.
• Previous experience in content creation or in a creative/media agency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Photography, Film, Media, or a related field.
