Store Manager – Total Wireless Retail Location Position Overview
The Store Manager is responsible for the overall success of the Total Wireless retail store. This role leads sales performance, team development, customer experience, inventory control, and daily operations while ensuring brand standards and sales goals are consistently met.
Salary: $22-$25 Hourly Commission
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Performance
- Drive store sales, activations, upgrades, accessories, and add-ons
- Meet or exceed monthly sales, protection, and attachment goals
- Coach and motivate the team to remain proactive and sales-focused
- Lead by example through active selling and customer engagement
Team Leadership
- Hire, train, coach, and develop sales representatives
- Conduct daily huddles, one-on-ones, and performance reviews
- Create a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture
- Schedule staff appropriately to meet business needs
Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer service at all times
- Resolve escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently
- Maintain a welcoming, clean, and organized store environment
Operations & Inventory
- Oversee daily store operations and opening/closing procedures
- Manage inventory accuracy, audits, and loss prevention
- Ensure compliance with Total Wireless policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate reporting, cash handling, and documentation
Marketing & Brand Awareness
- Ensure team participates in sales pitching and local marketing efforts
- Support in-store events, promotions, and community outreach
- Encourage social media and brand awareness initiatives
Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of retail sales or management experience (wireless preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to motivate others
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with technology, activations, and POS systems
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
