PeaceHealth is growing its ambulatory X‑ray teams across multiple clinics in Vancouver, Washington. We’re looking for Radiologic Technologists who prefer a clinic-based environment over hospital work and enjoy consistency, autonomy, and patient-centered care.

What You’ll Do

In this outpatient clinic role, you’ll:

• Prepare exam rooms and ensure imaging equipment is ready
• Review patient history, prior images, and orders before each exam
• Perform standard X‑ray exams using accurate positioning and safety practices
• Communicate clearly and calmly with patients during exams
• Adjust exams based on patient needs or unexpected findings
• Follow radiation safety standards, including ALARA principles
• Confirm pregnancy status when appropriate
• Perform occasional portable or surgical X‑rays with proper precautions
• Keep your workflow organized and complete documentation in a timely way
• Support students or new caregivers as needed
• Assist with general patient care tasks within your scope and training

What You Bring

Education & Credentials

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
• Washington State Radiologic Technologist license
• ARRT certification in Radiography
• BLS required at hire
  
  

Experience & Skills

• One year of experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
• Comfort working independently in a clinic setting
• Understanding of age‑specific patient needs
• Venipuncture skills
• PACS/RIS experience (ImageCast/CareCast preferred)
• Clear communication and strong organization skills
