Join a prestigious, comprehensive Heart & Vascular Center with collegial colleagues at PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center in Vancouver, Washington (Portland metropolitan area). Position is available for an Invasive or Non-Invasive Cardiologist.

PeaceHealth has an immediate opening for a General Cardiologist. Candidates with interest and/or training in Heart Failure are encouraged to apply. Experienced and new graduate BE/BC Cardiology candidates are welcome to learn more about the opportunity.

Practice Highlights: Cardiovascular services at the center include interventional cardiology, structural heart, electrophysiology, heart failure, cardiovascular surgery, and vascular surgery. The established team includes 2 EPs, 3 Interventionalists, 1 Heart Failure Specialist, 1 Cardiac Imaging Specialist, 4 General Cardiologists, 3 Nurse Practitioners and 5 Physician Assistants.

• PCI Volume ~750/year
• Call expectations of 1:7 - 1:8
• Clinic includes:
• 4 Echo Rooms
• Nuclear Medicine Camera
• Own holters and event monitors
• Device clinic on site
• 6 Cath Labs at hospital
• 2 EP Dedicated
• 1 Hybrid
• 2 Coronary Rooms
• 1 Neuro room
  

Position is available due to program growth.

PeaceHealth Southwest Medical Center is a 450-bed hospital with a Level II trauma center. The Emergency Department is the busiest in Southwest Washington, caring for over 76,000 patients yearly. We are ranked among the fastest hospitals in Washington state for treatment of heart attack and are a Center of Excellence for Atrial Fibrillation, an accredited Non-Invasive Vascular Lab, and ICAEL and ICANL Accredited Echocardiology and Nuclear Labs.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Starting salary of $551,470 based on a 1.0FTE.
