Benefits:
· First Year Salary Guarantee: $147,000.00 based on a 1.0 FTE

Requirements:
· FNP or PA
· Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon (or ability to obtain unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon prior to hire)
· Certification in BLS, ACLS or PALS required as a condition of employment within 30 days of hire.
