Peaceful Purpose Hospice of Georgia is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Hospice Marketing Liaison to develop and maintain referral partnerships within the community. This role focuses on education, outreach, and collaboration to support timely hospice referrals and continuity of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with referral sources (hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, physicians, etc.)
- Educate partners on hospice services, eligibility, and benefits
- Represent hospice professionally in the community
- Track outreach activity and referral trends
- Collaborate with leadership and clinical teams
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and hospice regulations
Qualifications:
- Healthcare marketing or liaison experience preferred
- Hospice or home health experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-directed and accountable
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
