Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and teardown to ensure all areas are prepared and restored efficiently.
- Greet guests warmly, providing directions and information to enhance their experience.
- Support event coordinators by managing registration desks, distributing materials, and handling attendee inquiries.
- Monitor event spaces during activities to ensure safety protocols are followed and address any issues promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors, security personnel, and other staff to facilitate seamless event operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of event areas throughout the duration of the event.
- Collect feedback from attendees when appropriate to help improve future events.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event support is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are most important!
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with diverse groups of people.
- Ability to remain energetic, flexible, and proactive in fast-paced environments.
- Comfortable working outdoors or indoors in varying weather conditions depending on the event type.
- Basic organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
