We’re hiring Unlicensed Personnel (ULPs) to provide direct care. This role will support clients in maintaining independence, dignity, and quality of life.
What You’ll Do:
- Help clients with daily living: dressing, bathing, grooming, transfers, and mobility.
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal prep.
- Medication administration.
- Provide companionship, conversation, and support.
- Transport clients to doctor visits or community activities with the use of a company vehicle.
- Support independence and personal goals.
- Report any changes in client condition to our RN team.
What We’re Looking For:
- Caring attitude and desire to help others.
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
- At least 6 months of caregiving or personal care experience preferred, but not required.
- We will train compassionate individuals who are reliable and eager to learn.
- Must have a valid US driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility/transfers.

Schedule:
- Day shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM.
- Evening shift: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM.
- Awake Overnight shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM.
- Every other weekend required.
