Responsibilities
- Lead fun, organized training sessions
- Teach technical and tactical soccer skills
- Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and discipline
- Create a positive learning environment
- Communicate with players and parents professionally
- Arrive prepared and on time
- Assist during games, camps, and special events
- Serve as a positive role model
Qualifications
Preferred
- Soccer playing or coaching experience
- USSF, United Soccer Coaches, or equivalent license (preferred but not required)
- Experience working with children
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
Required

- Eligible to pass a background check
