The Job Coach supports adults in the community with disabilities to achieve their employment goals. Peace of Mind is hiring a Job Coach to work evenings and every other weekend.
The responsibilities include:
Job Coach:
- Picking up individual to bring to job site
- Being a support system when needed to assist the individual to understand and successfully complete their tasks
- Transporting individual to their home after shift
Must have a valid driver's license, and a reliable vehicle with insurance. Personal vehicle is used to transport individual to and from work. Reimbursement for work miles traveled (55 cents per mile).
Wage based on experience.
