Peace of Mind LCSW, PLLC – New Hartford, NY
Peace of Mind LCSW, PLLC is a growing group mental health practice based in New Hartford, NY, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, growth-oriented, and committed clinician to join our team as a W2 staff employee or as an independent contractor.
We are a collaborative and supportive practice dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges and build meaningful, lasting change. Our team values flexibility, professional development, and creating a positive work environment for both clinicians and clients.
Position Details:
Option 1 : W2 Staff Employee
- Part time position with daytime and/or weekend availability
- In-person services in our New Hartford office (with potential for hybrid options)
- Caseload built with practice support and referrals, with expectations set collaboratively
- Clinical supervision and a structured team environment
Option 2: Independent Contractor (1099) position
- Flexible schedule — set your own hours
- Control over your caseload and client population
- In-person services in our New Hartford office (with potential for hybrid options)

Qualifications:
- Current New York State license: LCSW, LMSW, or LMHC

- Ability to work independently while also collaborating when needed
