The client ADL - Toileting As Needed

Specific ADL Task Needs

Bathing - Tub bath or shower 3 times per week

Bathing - Upper Body 3 times per week

Bathing - Lower Body 3 times per week

Bathing - Tub/shower transfer/position 3 times per week

Bathing - Sponge bath 4 times per week

Personal Hygiene - Shampoo/hair care 3 times per week

Personal Hygiene - Skin care Daily

Personal Hygiene - Nail care 1 time per week

Housecleaning/Housekeeping-Daily as needed

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Work Location: In person

Salary : $13 - $15
