What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salon Coordinator/Receptionist position at Peace Love Wax?

We have two positions available, one for our Frisco location, which is approximately 31.5 hours per week and one for our Plano location, which will be 16.5 hours per week. Both positions will include the opportunity to pick up hours as they are available. When applying, please be available for one of the two schedules listed below:
FRISCO SALON COORDINATOR
Monday: off
Tuesdays|Frisco - 9am-2pm
Wednesdays|Frisco - 2pm-7:30pm
Thursdays|Frisco - 9am-7:30pm
Fridays|Frisco - 9am-7:30pm
Saturdays: off
Sundays: off

PLANO SALON COORDINATOR
Mondays|Plano - 2pm - 7:30pm
Tuesday: off
Wednesdays|Plano 2pm-7:30pm
Thursdays|Plano - 2pm-7:30pm
Fridays: offSaturdays: off

Basic Description:
*We hate to be the micromanage-y type, so we're looking for someone who uses independent judgment and takes the initiative to complete tasks.
*The right candidate will display: excellent written and oral communication skills, remain professional, show the ability to multi-task without compromising accuracy, remain upbeat and friendly towards clientele, and be highly customer service oriented (this is HUGE for us!).
*Main duties include basic receptionist tasks (checking clients in & out, scheduling appointments, light cleaning duties, etc.)
*No salon or spa experience is okay! We'll train whomever we feel to be the perfect fit!
**For licensed individuals, this position does not include hands on training for the service side, however, for the right candidate, this will be considered when the administrative duties are mastered
