We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Contracts Administrator to join our team in Herndon, VA. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of experience who is eager to grow in contract management. You’ll receive comprehensive training across Commercial, State & Local, and Federal contracts.
Essential Functions:
- Support contract lifecycle activities including preparation, review, tracking, and archiving.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate contract execution.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Assist with documentation for audits and reporting.
- Learn and apply best practices across various contract types.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Legal Studies, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in contract administration or legal support.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- Willingness to learn government contracting (FAR/DFARS), ERP platforms, and equipment leasing documentation
