Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Handyman/Contractor to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our managed rediential properties. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks for residential properties as well as inspections. This position requires you to have a vehichle and tools as well as a cell phone. - This is a long term position with additional financial benifits after 12 months of proven work/realibility.
YOu must have a handyman license at minimum and insurance. .
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance (experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and mechanical equipment is preferred.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in general maintenance, repair work, or facilities management within residential or commercial environments.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in electrical work, plumbing system maintenance, HVAC repair, carpentry, welding, and painting.
- Proficiency with hand tools, electrical equipment repair tools such as ohmmeters, and maintenance painting supplies.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Valid knowledge of building interior maintenance standards along with plumbing system repair techniques.
