We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well-established outpatient internal medicine practice in Millington, TN.
This is a collaborative position working closely with an experienced physician, with an emphasis on quality patient care, efficiency, and professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and manage patients in an outpatient setting
- Perform history and physical examinations
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Manage chronic conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, and hyperlipidemia
- Document encounters accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with supervising physician and clinical staff
Qualifications:
- Licensed NP or PA in Tennessee
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Comfortable in outpatient internal medicine setting
- New graduates are welcome to apply (training available)
Compensation:
- $45–$65/hour depending on experience

Schedule:
- Flexible outpatient schedule
- No weekends

Requirements
