The Visitor Engagement Advocate is responsible for delivering high-quality service to all museum guests. Serving as an approachable presence, they actively engage with visitors to enrich and expand the overall museum experience at all admission and information areas. PEM’s Visitor Engagement model is centered on meeting visitors where they are and ensuring their experience unfolds on their terms. All Visitor Engagement Advocates receive training in a hybrid approach that combines visitor-focused service and security-aware practices.
PEM’s Visitor Engagement Advocates are confident communicators who enjoy interacting with the public, possess strong problem-solving abilities, and remain calm in a wide range of situations.
