Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Cleaner/Maintenance to join its team at an apartment community in New Bedford, MA.
The Cleaner/Maintenance role is to assist the site Management Team with the efficient operation of the property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Peabody Properties seeks an experienced Cleaner/Maintenance to join its team at an apartment community in New Bedford, MA.
The Cleaner/Maintenance role is to assist the site Management Team with the efficient operation of the property. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Maintaining a high level of cleanliness in the buildings common areas and other assigned areas;
- Janitorial and grounds care;
- Performs work orders, including snow/ice removal;
- Maintains exterior grounds according to company standards.
- Requirements of the Position:
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal;
- Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated;
- Excellent customer service skills a must.
- Reliable vehicle required to fulfill essential duties of the job.
- Requires High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years of previous cleaning experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
