Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Dentistry and Dental Care, with the ability to support comprehensive treatment planning.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Hygiene and Dental Prophylaxis, including routine cleanings and preventive services.
- Experience and knowledge in identifying and managing Periodontal Disease as part of patient care.
- Current Arkansas state license as a Dental Hygienist.
- Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program; CPR certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and patient education skills, with a respectful and inclusive approach to care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a clinical team, maintain accurate records, and follow infection control protocols.
- Comfort using dental practice management and charting software; willingness to learn new systems as needed.
