Esta posición tendrá un rol clave en la optimización del abastecimiento, la reducción de quiebres y sobreinventarios, y la mejora continua de los indicadores de servicio, contribuyendo al crecimiento de las ventas y a una mejor experiencia para nuestros consumidores. In this role, you will: Gestionar y optimizar los niveles de inventario de clientes del Canal Moderno para garantizar la disponibilidad de productos y minimizar quiebres y sobreinventarios. Liderar la planificación colaborativa con clientes, realizando seguimiento al forecast, promociones, eventos comerciales y cambios de empaque. Monitorear y analizar indicadores clave de desempeño (Fill Rate, In Stock, DOH, entre otros), identificando oportunidades de mejora y desarrollando planes de acción. Actuar como principal punto de contacto logístico con clientes, coordinando iniciativas orientadas a mejorar el abastecimiento, el nivel de servicio y la eficiencia operativa. Participar en proyectos de mejora continua y optimización de la cadena de suministro junto a equipos internos y clientes. Generar análisis y reportes de desempeño que permitan dar visibilidad al negocio y apoyar la toma de decisiones. Colaborar con las áreas de Ventas, Marketing y Logística para optimizar el surtido, la codificación y la disponibilidad de productos en el punto de venta. LI#ONSITE What we look for: Bachiller en Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Comercial, Administración o carreras afines. 1 año de experiencia en posiciones de CPFR, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Demand Planning o Abastecimiento en compañías de consumo masivo. Experiencia en gestión de inventarios, planificación de demanda, abastecimiento y análisis de indicadores de desempeño. Manejo avanzado de Excel y PowerPoint. Deseable conocimiento de Power BI. Perfil analítico, orientado a resultados y con capacidad para identificar oportunidades de mejora y resolver problemas.
