Maintenance Apprentice (First Shift)

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maintenance Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for fixing things and enjoys problem solving. Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to programmable logic controllers and electrical systems.
• Conduct welding tasks as needed for repairs and installations.
• Safety oriented.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to assess and fix mechanical systems.
• Read and interpret schematics for electrical systems and equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)..
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations while performing all tasks.

Requirements

• Willing to learn
• Basic Math Skills
• Solid mechanical skills with the ability solve problems.
• basic hand tool knowledge
• Ability to read and understand schematics
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to wok alone or with others..
• Experience in manufacturing environments is advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
