We are looking for a Landscape Maintenance Tech who is responsible for performing diversified duties of landscape, install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the sites business goals and objectives.

We are looking for a Landscape Maintenance Tech who is responsible for performing diversified duties of landscape, install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the sites business goals and objectives.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
- Maintain landscape by mowing, edging and fertilizing lawns, in addition to trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs
- Remove unwanted, dead or damaged trees
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of real property equipment and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of real property equipment
- Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments
- Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties
- Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas
- Must be able to take initiative and possess problem solving skills
- Excellent customer service and computer skills is a plus
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience as a Maintenance Tech preferred
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
