What you will be working on:
The Clinical Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing the quality of clinical practices and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs) to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational goals. This role manages quality improvement initiatives, monitors performance metrics, and ensures accurate tracking and reporting for the Merit-based Incentive Payment System (MIPS). The Clinical Quality Manager collaborates closely with clinical leadership and compliance teams to promote patient safety, operational excellence, and regulatory adherence.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs for clinics and ASCs.
- Track and analyze clinical quality indicators, patient outcomes, and operational metrics.
- Oversee MIPS data collection, reporting, and submission to ensure compliance with CMS requirements.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and accreditation standards (e.g., CMS, Joint Commission, AAAHC).
- Conduct regular quality standards, patient safety, and mock survey audits of clinical practices and ASCs; identify gaps and manage the implementation of corrective actions.
- Provide education and support to clinical teams on quality standards and reporting requirements.
- Work with CMO and CCO to align quality initiatives with organizational strategy and compliance objectives.
- Prepare and present quality performance reports to executive leadership and governing bodies.
What you’ll know:
- A successful applicant must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7 years in healthcare quality management, with experience in MIPS reporting and ASC operations.
- Strong knowledge of CMS quality programs and regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of AAAHC certification requirements
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead quality improvement projects and manage cross-functional teams.
- CPHQ (Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality) preferred; CHC or similar compliance or quality certification a plus.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
