What You'll Be Doing
- Driving or assisting on residential and commercial moves
- Operating 26' box trucks (U-Haul-sized vehicles)
- Loading, unloading, wrapping, and protecting customer belongings
- Leading crews and coordinating move logistics
- Navigating stairs, tight spaces, and physically demanding environments
- Maintaining clean, organized, and professional trucks
- Following DOT and FMCSA regulations and company safety standards
Driver / Crew Lead Qualifications
- 2 years of experience driving 26' box trucks preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Clean 5-year driving record with no major violations
- Ability to lift 100 lbs and remain physically active throughout the day
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Availability to start at 7:30 AM and work weekends as needed
No driving experience?
