What You'll Do
- Execute technical tasks within PTC Windchill implementations under the guidance of senior engineers
- Support system blueprinting and proof-of-concept development
- Assist with data migration from existing systems into PTC Windchill
- Participate in testing and validation of configurations to ensure accuracy
- Document technical specifications and configurations
- Support integration of Windchill with third-party platforms including ERP, MES, and CPQ systems
- Contribute to digital thread component implementations
- Assist with Windchill Critical Patch updates and routine system maintenance
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- 0–2 years of experience in MCAD or PLM environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Clear, professional communication skills — written and verbal
- Hands-on experience with PTC products (Windchill, Creo)
- CAD experience in any platform
- Exposure to ERP, MES, or CPQ systems
- You learn quickly and ask good questions — you don't need everything mapped out before you get started
- You communicate technical information clearly, even to non-technical audiences
- You adapt well when project requirements shift mid-stream
- You take ownership of your work and sweat the details
- You're collaborative by nature and enjoy working within a team of experienced engineers
- Remote-first with a dedicated, professional home workspace required
- Some travel required, including occasional international trips for customer visits, training, and company meetings
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
