PLM Implementation Engineer I

About The Role

As a PLM Implementation Engineer I, you'll support the delivery of PTC Windchill solutions for customers across a range of industries. From system configuration and data migration to testing and documentation, you'll develop a broad technical foundation while being mentored by senior engineers.

This is an early-career role built for growth. You'll contribute to real projects from day one, with increasing independence as your expertise develops.

What You'll Do

• Execute technical tasks within PTC Windchill implementations under the guidance of senior engineers
• Support system blueprinting and proof-of-concept development
• Assist with data migration from existing systems into PTC Windchill
• Participate in testing and validation of configurations to ensure accuracy
• Document technical specifications and configurations
• Support integration of Windchill with third-party platforms including ERP, MES, and CPQ systems
• Contribute to digital thread component implementations
• Assist with Windchill Critical Patch updates and routine system maintenance
  
  

Required

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• 0–2 years of experience in MCAD or PLM environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Clear, professional communication skills — written and verbal
  
  

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with PTC products (Windchill, Creo)
• CAD experience in any platform
• Exposure to ERP, MES, or CPQ systems

Work setup

• Remote-first with a dedicated, professional home workspace required
• Some travel required, including occasional international trips for customer visits, training, and company meetings
