Job Descriptions:
The UX Designer will focus on designing the e2e employee experience across key HR areas, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee development, benefits, and retirement. The emphasis is much more on UX thinking (experience, flows, structure) than on visual/UI design.
- ● 3 years’ experience in HR, employee experience, or user experience roles.
- ● Proficiency with HRIS, onboarding, and employee engagement platforms.
- ● Strong communication, project management, and analytical skills.
- ● Empathy and passion for delivering exceptional employee experiences.
- ● Ability to see the employee journey holistically and identify pain points.
- ● Proactive in seeking feedback and driving improvements.
