Pay Details: $29.50 per hour

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Assemble, repair, and fabricate metal components using mechanical tools and shop equipment
- Build parts into sub?assemblies or complete units according to specifications
- Interpret blueprints and design sketches to verify dimensions and tolerances
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure quality and accuracy
- Work safely around machinery and industrial equipment
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Support team members and communicate progress to your supervisor
- Perform duties under direct supervision with a focus on learning and developing technical skills
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or a related field
- Ability to follow instructions and established processes
- Familiarity with common manufacturing practices and tools
- Ability to work under direct supervision in a structured environment
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Certifications related to metal fabrication, welding, or machinery operation
- Experience interpreting blueprints or working with mechanical equipment
Physical & Safety Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. without significant repetition
- Moderate exposure to machinery, chemicals, and physical risks (proper PPE provided)
- Operation of powered industrial trucks may be required (classified as “Industrial” or “Heavy”)
- Adherence to all safety rules, guidelines, and protective equipment requirements
