Pay Details: $27.62 to $31.17 per hour

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a skilled IT Technician to provide essential onsite support for office and plant users in Madison, Indiana. This 6-month contract position is ideal for an experienced IT professional who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and enjoys solving complex technical challenges that directly impact business success.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first line of support for office and plant users—troubleshooting, resolving, and escalating technical issues as needed.
- Maintain and support hardware, software, and network systems to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Assist with system administration tasks, including imaging, software deployment, and user access management.
- Support and maintain Active Directory, O365, Azure, and SharePoint environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including LAN, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.
- Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure consistent system reliability and uptime.
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or at least 3 years of experience in IT Support or a technical customer service role.
- Hands-on experience in network and server management support.
- Experience with Active Directory, O365, Azure, and SharePoint.
- Working knowledge of operating systems, file structures, and registry management.
- Proficiency with imaging and software deployment technologies.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.
