**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Lube/Tire Technician to join our team. This position plays a vital role in maintaining vehicle performance and efficiency by performing routine tire and lubrication services. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and a passion for the automotive industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and other maintenance services efficiently and accurately.
- Inspect and maintain tires, ensuring they are roadworthy and meet safety standards.
- Check fluid levels and perform vehicle inspections to identify potential maintenance issues.
- Keep work areas clean and organized to maintain a safe and productive environment.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations.
- Utilize tools and equipment according to safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of service and repairs performed.
- Stay updated on industry knowledge and new technologies relevant to auto maintenance.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role or automotive industry preferred.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and tire care.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Certification from a vocational program in automotive services is a plus.
