Responsibilities
- Conduct preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, and appliances to ensure reliable operation.
- Perform repairs involving welding, painting, carpentry, and general building maintenance to uphold property standards.
- Assist with facilities management tasks including landscaping, pest control, and cleaning of common areas.
- Supervise or assist with subcontractors or vendors during specialized repairs or renovations.
- Respond promptly to resident service requests with professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in residential painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices within residential or manufacturing environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with team members and residents.
- Demonstrated leadership or supervising experience in maintenance teams or projects.
- Ability to operate diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and other electrical testing equipment confidently.
