PDS Plumbing & Air is seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our office team and ensure an outstanding experience for our plumbing and HVAC customers. This role will oversee customer service representatives, coordinate scheduling and dispatch, and resolve escalated customer concerns while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the customer service team
- Oversee technician scheduling and daily dispatch operations
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Monitor call quality and customer satisfaction
- Train and coach staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Improve processes to increase efficiency and customer experience
Qualifications:
- 2 years of customer service leadership experience
- Plumbing, HVAC, or home service industry experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Experience with dispatching and service software is a plus
Pay: $50,243.77 - $70,096.00 per year
