Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate Dentist role located in Boise, ID. The Associate Dentist will provide high-quality dental care to patients, perform diagnostic and preventative procedures, and create treatment plans tailored to individual needs. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate patient records, collaborating with dental team members, and ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. The role involves fostering a patient-focused and inclusive practice environment while adhering to the mission of promoting overall health and wellness.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills in dentistry, including proficiency in diagnostic, preventative, restorative, and surgical procedures
- Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and ensure a comfortable patient experience
- Commitment to adhering to ethical and regulatory dental standards and practices
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Proactive approach to professional development and a commitment to staying updated with industry advancements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license in good standing
- CPR certification and DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience in dental practice is a plus but not required
