Human Capital Analyst with TS/SCI (CT Poly)


PDRI has an immediate opening for a human capital analyst to support ongoing work at a government facility in Arlington VA. This work is 100% on site.


The work requires experience in conducting job analyses, leading and collecting data from focus groups, developing work role descriptions, task, and competency lists, conducting statistical analyses, drafting technical reports, and presenting technical information to non-technical audiences.


Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology required with 3 years’ experience.
