Compensation: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour

PDQuipment serves cities all over the country for equipment needs related to material spraying. From tarps, parts, pumps, service and more, we will supply whatever is needed to get the job done. We have fireproofing pumps, concrete pumps, plaster pumps, and stucco pumps for sale along with all the parts to service them.

This is a great role for someone with strong customer service and communication skills who is interested in learning more about sales and the construction equipment industry. You’ll work alongside experienced salespeople while developing your own product knowledge, customer relationships, and sales skills.
What You’ll Do
- Provide excellent customer service (a must!), mainly over the phone, approximately 40-50 phone calls daily
- Connect with existing and potential customers to gather information, identify needs, and maintain relationships
- Call vendors to verify information and ensure accuracy
- Assist the sales team with follow-ups, lead updates, and customer touchpoints
- Help identify and qualify potential sales leads before passing opportunities to the appropriate salesperson
- Enter and manage data in HubSpot CRM
- Learn our equipment, applications, customers, and industries through ongoing training and hands-on experience
- Update and analyze data from the ERP system to support sales and reporting
- Track and analyze response rates and the effectiveness of different outreach strategies
- Keep customer and vendor records accurate and organized
- Consistent phone and customer outreach activity
- Quality and accuracy of CRM records
- Customer follow-up and responsiveness
- Leads and sales opportunities developed
- Support and collaboration with the sales team
- Growth in product and industry knowledge
- Customer service experience is required
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with customers by phone
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable learning new software and maintaining accurate data
- Experience with HubSpot or another CRM is helpful
- Construction, equipment, or vendor experience is a plus, but not required
- Curious, proactive, dependable, and willing to learn
- Interested in developing sales and industry knowledge
