Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Account Representative to join our team! This role is a combination of vehicle sales, account servicing, collections, and customer support. You’ll help customers find the right vehicle, guide them through financing, handle incoming calls, and follow up on their accounts to ensure timely payments and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Phone Calls:
- Answer incoming calls from potential and current customers regarding vehicle availability, financing options, and account inquiries
- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and collect payments
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person
Vehicle Sales & Financing:
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget
- Explain the BHPH financing process, payment terms, and contract details
- Work closely with the finance team to structure deals that meet dealership guidelines
- Follow up with leads and maintain a pipeline of potential buyers
Account Servicing & Collections:
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage on-time payments
- Proactively contact customers regarding past-due accounts via phone, text, and in-person visits
- Offer solutions for customers facing financial difficulties, including payment plans or refinancing options
- Document all customer interactions and payment agreements in the dealership’s CRM system
- Work with the collections team to minimize delinquencies and repossessions
Qualifications:
✅ Previous experience in auto sales, collections, customer service, or phone sales (No experience required, but preferred)
✅ Strong phone communication and customer service skills
✅ Comfortable handling collections while maintaining positive customer relationships
✅ Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed sales & collection goals
✅ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
