Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced sales professional to represent the Kubota brand who is passionate about equipment, has excellent communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced, target driven environment. In this role you will be responsible for promoting and selling our equipment to potential clients across various industries. Your primary focus will be building relationships, understanding customer needs, and providing effective solutions through our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

· Territory: Temecula and surrounding areas (Territories can be redrawn based on company needs)

· Responsible for Kubota new and used sales in the Riverside County and surrounding areas

· Conduct product presentations at trade shows to showcase the features and benefits of our equipment (schedule permitting).

· Identify and reach out to potential clients to generate leads.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate equipment solutions.

· Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

· Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

· Stay up to date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.

· Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.

Qualifications:

· Proven track record in sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or a related field.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or part of a team.

· Technical knowledge or the ability to quickly learn about the equipment and machinery.

· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to meet clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
