⭐What You’ll Do as an Assistant Manager

You’ll work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth daily operations while leading by example. Responsibilities may include:

• Supporting and coaching employees to deliver an amazing customer experience
• Assisting with hiring, training, and team development
• Managing labor and productivity goals
• Helping your team be the best
• Light maintenance, upkeep, and ensuring the property looks great
• Working hands-on with the team to keep the operation running efficiently

• Experienced leaders or recent graduates eager to start a rewarding career
• Individuals with fast-food or high-volume retail management—you’ll be surprised how similar our operations are!

⭐ Hours, Pay & Expectations

• Open 7 days a week, approx. 8 AM – 7 PM
• Typical work weeks are 5 days that include 1 week day off and 1 weekend day off
• We are very flexible when scheduling allowing you to work some opening shifts and some closing shifts depending on staffing
• Assistant Managers & Supervisors work 40–45 hours/week, with rotating weekends required
• Starting pay: $16–$20/hr
• Most of our Assistant Managers earn $37,500–$49,500 per year --And that is BEFORE Bonuses, Commissions, Incentives and other great Perks!

• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
