Role Description
This is a Part-time, on-site role located in New York, NY, for a PT Style Advisor at PDPAOLA Jewelry. Responsibilities include offering personalized fashion and styling advice to customers, showcasing the brand’s product line, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales. You will also ensure that every client experience reflects the brand's values and aesthetics, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
Qualifications

- Experience in fashion consulting and an eye for styling, with the ability to assist customers in selecting pieces that fit their needs and preferences.

- Proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive client experiences.
- Sales expertise, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a client-focused approach.
- Passion for jewelry, fashion, and styling, with a strong sense of aesthetic and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in retail or luxury goods sales is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
What will your day to day be like?
• Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing a unique and personalized shopping experience to our clients, sharing our values, brand, philosophy and advising on our collections.
• In accordance with PDPAOLA's values, you must provide premium and exceptional service to our customers, as well as provide them with a unique 360º shopping and branding experience, since they are our greatest treasure.
• Follow-up and loyalty through telephone or written contact, inviting our customers to return to the store.
• Identify and analyze points of improvement throughout the customer experience process and give feedback to the Store Manager
• Support in Visual Merchandising tasks to maintain the premium environment of the store.
• Support in the daily tasks of organization, product order replenishment and inventory control.
• Report on purchasing trends and customer needs to the Store Manager to be able to report it to PDPAOLA Product Team.
• Participation and support in the preparation of the events that take place in the store
• Ensure the fulfillment of your individual objectives.
How would we like you to be?
• At least, 2 years of professional experience in retail, sales, fashion, beauty, accessories or luxury sector.
• Previous experience in the jewelry sector will be highly valued.
• Commercial guidance and customer management.
