Program Director –Sports Performance & Recovery | Youth Athletic Training (Ages 7 – Pro Athletes)
We are seeking a Program Director to lead our sports performance and recovery facility designed for youth athletes ages 7 through professional levels. We will be clinically and medically integrated with cutting edge biotechnology and deep dive testing for athletes. This is a leadership role overseeing daily operations, sales, community outreach, and staff training/supervision.
We are looking for someone who will treat the facility as their own business, drive growth through innovative programs, and inspire athletes and staff alike.
Key Responsibilities
Business Management: Manage the facility and its operations with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Sales & Marketing: Implement and oversee sales strategies to drive client acquisition and retention.
Community Engagement: Build strong community relationships and promote programs to athletes, parents, and schools.
Staff & Program Leadership: Train, mentor, and supervise staff while also delivering training classes directly to athletes.
Facility Operations: Ensure smooth daily operations and a professional training environment.
