Our copper mill operates 24/7, and you'll be a crucial part of our operation, helping to produce top-quality products in high-tech environment.

🕒 Shift: 2-2-3, 6:50 pM - 7 aM 
📍 Location: Our copper mill facility operates around the clock, providing you with a steady, reliable schedule and a dynamic work environment.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Casting Operator, you'll have a hands-on role setting up, operating, and maintaining casting equipment. Your main focus will be on ensuring continuous, efficient production with minimal downtime.

• Perform basic machine maintenance, manage casting molds, and control critical process parameters like cooling water and gas flow.

• Stay alert to detect malfunctions, adjust settings, and keep detailed records to ensure product quality.

• Responds appropriately and efficiently to unplanned process or equipment issues to help maintain safe and steady operations.

• Communicate issues clearly, suggest improvements, and work closely with your team to maintain a safe and efficient environment.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

• Experience in manufacturing (preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Physical fitness, with the ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in various environments (hot in summer, cold in winter).
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work as part of a team.
