Key Responsibilities
· Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and distribution partners
· Work leads through the full sales cycle — from quote to close
· Use CRM tools to manage opportunities, log activities, and track pipeline progress
· Communicate effectively via email, LinkedIn, and in-person outreach
· Travel to customer meetings, job sites, and trade shows (~30%)
· Collaborate with engineering and logistics teams to ensure customer success
Ideal Candidate
· 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or account management
· Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce)
· Confident with written communication and social media (LinkedIn outreach, etc.)
· Excellent follow-up habits and attention to detail
· Eager to learn about electrical equipment and power projects — no technical degree required
· Open to travel up to 30%
