Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients in person, over the phone, and via email
- Assist clients with policy questions, payments, endorsements, renewals, and claims support
- Support insurance agents with administrative tasks and policy processing
- Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation
- Schedule appointments and follow up with clients regarding coverage needs
- Process applications, renewals, certificates, and other insurance-related documents
- Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriters as needed
- Help market insurance products and services to current and prospective clients
- Ensure office organization, compliance, and professionalism at all times
- Assist with billing, reporting, and other office management duties
- Stay updated on insurance products, procedures, and industry changes
Qualifications
- Previous office management, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
- Insurance industry experience preferred
- Insurance license or experience as an insurance agent is a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Comfortable using computer systems, Microsoft Office, and agency management software
- Professional attitude with a strong customer service mindset
