As a Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and common areas within our establishment. Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Restock room supplies such as toiletries, coffee, and other amenities as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the housekeeping management team promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas, including hallways, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient workflow and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in custodial or industrial cleaning preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A background in hospitality or hotel housekeeping management is advantageous.
- Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 25 pounds.
