What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, sales, and finances.
- Build and support a strong, motivated team through hiring, training, and scheduling.
- Maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere by upholding excellent guest relations and customer service.
- Implement smart revenue management strategies to optimize profitability.
- Conduct night audits and ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist international guests with multilingual communication skills (a plus!).
- Develop and manage budgets to meet financial goals.
- Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless guest experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- A hospitality professional with proven experience in hotel management.
