As a key leader on the shop floor, you will motivate teams, optimize workflows, and uphold quality standards to meet production targets. Your mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with assembly lines, hand tools, power tools, and will be essential in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Responsibilities:· Supervise daily manufacturing activities on the production floor, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.· Coordinate and oversee assembly line operations, optimizing workflow for maximum efficiency.· Lead and motivate a team of operators, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.· Conduct inspections of mechanical components and electronic assemblies using hand tools and power tools to ensure precision and compliance.· Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot issues, improve processes, and reduce waste or downtime. Skills:· Proven factory experience within a manufacturing facility environment with a focus on electronics or mechanical products.· Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on skills in assembly, using hand tools and power tools effectively.· Ability to service an assembly line team while maintaining high productivity levels.· Excellent communication skills to coordinate across departments and ensure clear instructions are flowed.· Knowledge of safety regulations related to manufacturing equipment.
